That’s all you should really need to hear to get your butt up and moving!! No, it’s not always going to be fun, but that’s what makes it so beneficial for the health of our brains. I realize that not everyone can do a vigorous workout due to medical conditions or other disabilities, but you can push yourself as much as you possibly can. We must be able to push past being uncomfortable, because that will build up our resiliency and make us want to get better the next time we train.
