Food, Food, Everywhere: Managing the Constant Urge to Eat

In normal times, we are often in environments where they structure what and when we eat, but in most of our current environments, we have access to food 24/7, which makes it much easier to eat more frequently or anytime we have a slight craving.

Strategies to Prevent Overeating:

  • Don’t keep junk food in your house

  • Keep the junk food out of site (Out of site, out of belly)

  • Plan our your snacks and meals each day

  • Put the food you’re eating on a dish

  • Take an exercise snack
