High Intensity Interval Training can be a SUPER helpful style of training when you are in a time crunch. Most days we don’t even have time to catch our breath and relax let alone go to the gym for an hour. Our fast paced world makes staying in shape seem daunting, but the reality is that it does not take a whole heck of a lot of time to get a great workout that will be very beneficial for your cardiovascular system and muscles.
