Meet the Founder

Austin Ollis is a dedicated health and wellness professional, who has worked with many teams, schools and companies to help improve the mental and physical well-being of everyone in the organization.  His passion lies in designing tailored wellness programs for both corporate environments and educational institutions, shaping communities for a healthier and happier future.

With an unrelenting dedication to fostering well-rounded wellness, Austin has made it his mission to empower individuals and communities alike to lead lives that are not only healthier but also more fulfilling and productive. He firmly believes that health and fitness should be enjoyable and accessible to all, and he is dedicated to empowering others to make sustainable changes to their lives.

Certifications:

  • Precision Nutrition Level I

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • US Air Force Academy Graduate

The Process - Fly 5

All of our programs align with the following 5 pillars

1. Eat a nutritious and balanced diet - limit caloric intake by windowing consumption to 12 hours per day 

2. Stay hydrated - drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day

3. Spend 20 mins outside in the sun per day

 

4. Complete at least 15 mins of vigorous exercise or 45 mins of moderate exercise per day 

 

5. Sleep 7-9 hrs per night
