Burpees may suck, but they are one of the best exercises you can do for a total body workout.
Charlee does a great job of explaining how to do a proper burpee. She also explains som modifications to the burpee if you are unable to complete every movement involved in the exercise.
Proper form when performing an exercise is very important from an overall safety standpoint and practicing the full range of motion for a particular muscle group.
